Roma Heating offers free next working day delivery on most underfloor heating products baring any break downs or un-foreseen circumstances however our couriers have a 99% success rate. Please note that areas outside of the UK Mainland will incur additional delivery charges.

Product Returns are accepted providing they are returned within 14 days and are returned in the condition in which they were received, however if you would like to discuss why products are being returned feedback is always appreciated and an alternative solution may present itself call us on: 01803 316131 / 470121.

Refunds are issued on receipt of the product back to us providing the product is returned within 14 days and in the condition in which it was received. Please allow 1-2 days for the refund to be issued.
